I’m new to Seravasta Residential Property Management and they seem to be doing very well. The property was rented within the first week, with no issues. They have a great online owner access that allows the owner to view each property, and track maintenance and expenses. If i do plan to get additional investment properties I will give them the first opportunity to manage them as well. Their customer service has been very good, especially with Kirk who replies my email within 1hour. The AC maintenance guy fixed a problem that I have been living with for the last 4 years. So far so good with Seravasta Residential Property Management, I’m very satisfied

I am a tenant who rents from Seravasta Residential Property Management for the last four years. I have never been happy with their service as far as repairs go. They were always rude and slow when it came to repairing things in the house. The reason I am giving them 5 stars now is because something has changed in the repairs department in the last 2 months. I submitted 2 requests and I was immediately contacted to schedule the repair. I talked to Mark and he was very nice and took care of my requests in a timely manner.
