I’m new to Seravasta Residential Property Management and they seem to be doing very well. The property was rented within the first week, with no issues. They have a great online owner access that allows the owner to view each property, and track maintenance and expenses. If i do plan to get additional investment properties I will give them the first opportunity to manage them as well. Their customer service has been very good, as they get back to me within the day of the following day. The AC maintenance guy fixed a problem that I have been living with for the last 4 years. So far so good with Seravasta Residential Property Management, I’m very satisfied

They carefully screen prospective renters, have a big maintenance team that has done everything from mowing the lawn, provided maintenance as needed, to simply sharing feedback from renters.
